Dark Room / Sensory Room

Sensory Room (Dark Room) provides a safe and calming environment designed to stimulate and regulate children's senses. In this room, a controlled combination of soothing lights, gentle sounds, vibrations, various textures, and interactive equipment is used to engage the child’s visual, auditory, tactile, and balance senses. This space is particularly beneficial for children with autism, sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy, hyperactivity, or high anxiety. The purpose of the sensory room is to enhance focus, improve sensory responses, and promote the child’s interaction with their environment.

Assessment of Intelligence and Cognitive Skills

Children’s intelligence and cognitive abilities are assessed using standardized and reliable tests. These assessments utilize tools such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC), the Stanford–Binet Intelligence Test, and cognitive skills evaluations including working memory, problem-solving, and visual–spatial processing tests. These assessments help us gain an accurate understanding of a child’s mental abilities, strengths, and developmental needs, allowing us to design an appropriate support program tailored to each child.
